A device for collecting and treating leaves has a rake for collecting leaves and other debris, a handle comprising a hollow tube, a connector portion connecting the hollow tube to a vacuum device, and a storage/treatment container. The vacuum device and the storage/processing container are carried on the back through two shoulder straps on the back of the user. The vacuum device sucks leaves and other chippings collected by the rake part into the vacuum storage bag through the hollow pipe and the connecting part, and then the leaves and other chippings are cut up and discharged into the leaf vacuum bag. A user can wave the rake part through the handle part.
