The invention relates to a rapid assembly type underground garage anti-flooding device which comprises a side wall rapid assembly mechanism and an entrance rapid assembly mechanism. The side wall quick-mounting mechanism comprises a steel column, a prefabricated concrete plate, a concrete groove seat, a steel beam, a secondary beam, a cast iron coping and waterproof cloth. A concrete groove base is arranged between any two adjacent steel columns, the multiple prefabricated concrete slabs are sequentially arranged to form a retaining wall, the retaining wall is arranged between any two adjacent steel columns, the two side edges of the retaining wall are embedded in the vertical limiting grooves, and the bottom of the retaining wall is embedded in the concrete groove base. The steel beam and the secondary beam are mounted above the retaining wall; the waterproof cloth is laid on the top face formed by combining the steel beams and the secondary beams, and the waterproof cloth is pressed on the steel beams through the cast iron coping. And the inlet quick-assembly mechanism comprises a cylindrical sand barrel and a sand bag.
