The piling device for civil construction comprises a piling mechanism, the piling mechanism comprises a movable bottom plate, a vertical plate erected on the side edge of the movable bottom plate, a pulley arranged at the upper end of the vertical plate, a winch arranged on the movable bottom plate and a heavy hammer arranged on one side of the vertical plate, and the winch is connected with the heavy hammer through a steel rope; supporting plates are arranged at the two ends of the side edge of the movable bottom plate correspondingly. The material conveying mechanism comprises a base plate located on the front side of the supporting plate, sliding rails arranged on the two sides of the top end of the base plate, a conveying assembly arranged on the sliding rails in a sliding mode, a power device arranged on one sides of the sliding rails and a material conveying assembly arranged on the other sides of the sliding rails. The dust removal mechanism comprises a power transmission assembly, a first dust collection box and a second dust collection box, and the power transmission assembly is arranged above the supporting plate; the control panel is arranged on the movable bottom plate, and the winch is electrically connected with the control panel; the pile driving efficiency of the pile driver is improved, and the dust removal effect is achieved.
