Waste dump fan foundation and treatment method thereof
The invention provides a waste dump fan foundation and a treatment method thereof.The method includes the steps that a fan foundation pre-built site is leveled and cleaned, and the range of a circular foundation pit is marked; a supporting ring is built, and earthwork is excavated; constructing a foundation pile; a concrete cushion layer, a foundation ring and a tower footing are poured; and the foundation pit is backfilled, and the fan foundation capable of stably running under the soil texture condition of the deep and thick dumping site is built. According to the treatment method, the tower footing is supported by the supporting ring formed through dynamic compaction, the supporting foundation is expanded, and settlement of the tower footing can be further prevented. In addition, the periphery of the supporting ring is larger than that of the tower footing, so that the supporting ring can play a role in preventing rainwater from eroding a soil layer below the tower footing, and the stability of the tower footing is improved.
本申请提供一种排土场风机基础及其处理方法，本申请的方法通过平整并清理风机基础预建地，标注圆形基坑的范围；建设支撑环、挖除土方；建设基础桩；浇筑混凝土垫层、基础环以及塔基；回填基坑等施工步骤，建设可在深厚排土场的土质条件下稳定运行的风机基础。本申请的处理方法，塔基以强夯形成的支撑环作为支撑，不仅扩展了支撑地基，还可进一步防止塔基的沉降。此外由于支撑环的外周大于塔基的外周，支撑环还可起到防止雨水对塔基下方土层侵蚀的作用，从而提升塔基的稳定性。
