The positioning mechanism can be inserted and fixed with the ground; the supporting rod is rotatably connected with a plurality of connecting rods, the connecting rods are slidably connected with connecting pieces, elastic assemblies are connected between the connecting pieces and the connecting rods, and the elastic assemblies can be elastically adjusted; according to the device, through stretching and retracting of the elastic assembly and the limiting assembly, the supporting plate can move downwards along with the ground when sedimentation occurs, and the situation that the supporting plate is separated from the ground, and consequently the supporting rod cannot be continuously and effectively supported by the connecting piece and the connecting rod is avoided.
