The invention provides a prefabricated concrete wall. The prefabricated concrete wall comprises two wall plates, a distance adjusting device and castable. Wherein the two wallboards are arranged in parallel, and the distance adjusting device is arranged between the two wallboards and used for adjusting the distance between the two wallboards; and the castable is poured between the two wallboards. According to the prefabricated concrete wall, the distance between the two wall plates is adjusted through the distance adjusting device, so that the distance between the two wall plates can meet the requirements of prefabricated concrete walls with different thickness sizes, and in this way, the distance between the two wall plates only needs to be adjusted according to the thickness sizes of the needed prefabricated concrete walls; a plurality of molds with different sizes do not need to be manufactured again, operation is easy, implementation is convenient, the construction efficiency is improved, splicing of existing prefabricated walls in the prior art is not needed, the integrity is improved, and the quality of the prefabricated concrete wall is improved.
