The telescopic adjusting supporting frame comprises a supporting pipe, a straight pipe and a conical inserting piece, the bottom end of the straight pipe is movably arranged in the supporting pipe, the top end of the supporting pipe is sleeved with a connecting ring, and the side wall of the straight pipe, the side wall of the supporting pipe and the side wall of the connecting ring are provided with a strip-shaped opening A, a strip-shaped opening B and a strip-shaped opening C correspondingly; an inner tooth A, an inner tooth B and an inner tooth C are arranged in the strip-shaped opening A, the strip-shaped opening B and the strip-shaped opening C. The conical inserting piece is sequentially inserted into the inner tooth C, the inner tooth B and the inner tooth A. The fixing rod drives the conical inserting piece to adjust the position to be meshed with the corresponding inner teeth in an inserted mode, then the inner threaded sleeve and the outer threads are matched to be fixedly connected in a threaded mode, and therefore the telescopic supporting pipe and the telescopic straight pipe are fixed, material waste and material cost increase caused by specially-made or field cutting are avoided, cost is reduced, and working efficiency is improved.
