The shaping and supporting device comprises a base, a telescopic rod and a shaping mold, the base and the telescopic rod are connected through a bolt, a main mold plate of the shaping mold is an inner cavity penetrating box body defined by a plurality of side walls, the clear distance between the two side walls of the main mold plate is smaller than or equal to that between an inner wallboard and an outer wallboard, and the inner cavity penetrating box body is a hollow box body. The side formworks on the two sides of the main formwork are box bodies composed of top plates and side plates, the clear distance between the top plates and the bottom face of the base is equal to the height of a horizontal joint, the telescopic rod is connected to the construction lifting platform, and the base is connected to the top of a shear wall. The method comprises the steps that the double-face laminated shear wall is placed on the boss and the protruding block, the two ends of the shaping supporting device are connected to the construction lifting platform and the top end of the shear wall, the perpendicularity of the wall is adjusted, the laminated floor slab is installed, concrete is poured, a wall interlayer, the boss, the protruding block, the laminated floor slab and a floor plate are poured into a whole, the shaping supporting device is dismantled, and the wall attaching piece is installed.
