The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and provides a floor hole plugging structure which comprises a mounting frame used for clamping a floor and further comprises a fixing seat, a plurality of rotating seats, a sealing plate, a connecting bolt, a connecting seat, a sealing strip and a tensioning component. The mounting frame is arranged on the rotating base through the first telescopic rod, the multiple sealing plates are arranged, every two adjacent sealing plates are in sliding fit, the multiple connecting bolts are in threaded connection to the sealing plates, threaded holes matched with the connecting bolts are formed in the mounting frame, and the connecting base and the fixing base are detachably connected. The sealing strip makes contact with the edge of the floor hole, and the tensioning component is used for pressing the sealing strip into the floor hole. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, plugging of holes in irregular shapes needs to spend a long time to adjust a plugging structure, and the sealing performance is poor are solved.
