The invention belongs to the technical field of building structures, and particularly relates to a house anti-seismic reinforcing structure which comprises a lower base, and a set of supporting plates are fixedly installed on the top face of the lower base. A first pin shaft is rotationally mounted on the supporting plate; a rotating seat is hinged between the two supporting plates through a first pin shaft; an upper base is fixedly mounted at one end, far away from the first pin shaft, of the rotating seat; a group of mounting blocks are fixedly mounted on the opposite side surfaces of the lower base; a fixed seat is mounted between the two mounting blocks; a cross beam seat is fixedly mounted at one end, away from the lower base, of the fixed seat; an annular groove is formed in the end, away from the lower base, of the supporting plate. A first square groove is formed in the supporting plate and located below the annular groove. The invention mainly solves the problem of poor anti-seismic property of the joint of the traditional steel structure factory building due to rigid connection such as welding and screws.
