The invention discloses an attended flexible direct-current offshore converter station in the technical field of offshore converter stations, the offshore converter station is of a six-layer structure, and hydraulic heating and ventilation equipment is arranged on the first layer; two sides of the second layer are respectively provided with a grid-side GIS chamber and a direct-current field, and the middle part is provided with a production auxiliary area; two sides of the three layers are respectively a grid-side GIS room overhead part and a direct-current field overhead part, and a direct-current field ventilation machine room is arranged in the middle of the three layers; two sides of the four layers are respectively provided with a high-voltage cable layer and a direct-current field, and the middle part is provided with an equipment area; a valve side GIS chamber and a connection transformer chamber are arranged on the left side of the fifth layer, and a valve hall is arranged on the right side; and the sixth layer is above the valve hall and enables the whole offshore converter station to be step-shaped. The structure of the connection transformer, the valve hall upper-layer arrangement and the direct-current field lower-layer arrangement is adopted, a high-voltage cable and gas insulation GIL bus mixed mode is adopted for interconnection of power distribution devices so as to optimize interlayer space needed by a middle layer, the remaining space of the middle layer is fully utilized for arranging hydraulic heating and ventilation equipment, and arrangement of production and living areas of operation and maintenance personnel is achieved.
