The invention relates to a manual-automatic switching device for a door opener and an automatic door opener, and the manual-automatic switching device comprises a driving rocker arm which is in transmission connection with one of a fan body or a frame body; the driving shaft is used for driving the driving rocker arm to rotate; the clutch mechanism is connected between the driving rocker arm and the output end of the driving shaft and comprises a first stress piece connected with the driving rocker arm in a matched mode and a second stress piece connected with the driving shaft in a matched mode; the first stress piece is provided with a first driving part, and the second stress piece is provided with a second driving part oppositely matched with the first driving part. By means of the clutch mechanism, the electric door opening driving structure can be completely separated from the driving rocker arm in the manual door opening and closing process of the automatic door opener, and the problems that an existing automatic door opener needs to drive the electric door opening driving structure to rotate during manual door opening and closing, driving resistance is large, and mechanical faults are prone to occurring are solved. And the automatic door opening mechanism cannot open and close the door due to an electric fault of the door opener.
