Silica gel-based phase change energy storage cement mortar as well as preparation and application thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing organic silicate ester, an alkaline forming agent and water to prepare a solution, uniformly stirring the alkaline forming agent solution and the organic silicate ester solution, and standing, precipitating and layering; (2) filtering, washing, drying and roasting the precipitate to obtain a porous silica gel material; (3) compounding a phase change material with the porous silica gel material obtained in the step (2) to prepare the silica gel-based phase change energy storage material; (4) mixing the silica gel-based phase change energy storage material prepared in the step (3) with cement, lightweight aggregate, an additive and other materials to obtain a dry mixture; and adding water and stirring to finally prepare the silica gel-based phase change energy storage cement mortar. The silica gel-based phase change energy storage cement mortar is easy to construct and does not need additional leveling; the construction technology is simple, the operation requirement is low, and the system can be used for heat storage, heat management and the like of building enclosure walls.
本发明公开了一种硅胶基相变储能水泥砂浆及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将有机硅酸酯和碱性成型剂与水混合制成溶液,将碱性成型剂溶液与有机硅酸酯溶液搅拌均匀,静置沉淀分层;(2)将沉淀过滤、洗涤、干燥、焙烧后,得到多孔硅胶材料;(3)将相变材料与(2)中得到的多孔硅胶材料复合,制得硅胶基相变蓄能材料;(4)将(3)中制得的硅胶基相变蓄能材料与水泥、轻骨料、外加剂等材料混合,得到干混料;再加入水搅拌合,最终制得硅胶基相变蓄能水泥砂浆。硅胶基相变蓄能水泥砂浆易于施工,无需另外找平;施工工艺比较简单、操作要求低,该体系可用于建筑围护墙体的热储存、热管理等方面。
