Preparation method of concrete internal curing material with rapid swelling and lasting water release
The invention provides a preparation method of a concrete internal curing material with rapid swelling and lasting water release. Comprising the following steps: (1) dissolving a clay and fiber mixture in deionized water, adding a dispersing agent, heating, stirring, cooling, filtering, drying to constant weight, and crushing; (2) dispersing cellulose, clay and a fiber mixture in deionized water, heating and stirring, cooling, and adding an initiator aqueous solution; and adding a mixed solution of acrylic acid, an acrylamide derivative and a cross-linking agent, carrying out heating reaction, drying to constant weight, crushing, and screening to obtain the water-soluble polymer. The fibers and the clay participate in polymerization reaction, so that the surface of the material becomes rough, micropores are increased, water molecules can enter a three-dimensional network structure of the material, and the water absorption and the thermal stability of the material are improved; the material disclosed by the invention has the functions of rapid swelling and lasting water release, and can effectively supplement water evaporation in concrete, promote hydration of a cementing material, improve the durability of the concrete and prolong the service life.
本发明提供了一种具有快速溶胀和持久释水的混凝土内养护材料的制备方法;包括:(1)将黏土、纤维混合物溶于去离子水中,加分散剂,升温搅拌,冷却过滤,烘干至恒重,粉碎;(2)将纤维素和黏土、纤维混合物分散在去离子水中,升温搅拌,降温,加引发剂水溶液;再加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺衍生物和交联剂的混合溶液,升温反应,烘干至恒重,粉碎,过筛,得可。本发明采用的纤维和黏土参与聚合反应,使得材料表面变得更为粗糙,微孔增多,有利于水分子进入材料的三维网络结构内部,进而提高材料的吸水性和热稳定性;本发明材料具有快速溶胀和持久释水功能,可以有效补充混凝土内的水分蒸发,促进胶凝材料的水化,提高混凝土的耐久性,延长服役寿命。
