The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses a continuous rigid frame bridge hanging basket rail anti-derailment device which comprises four rail assemblies, the four rail assemblies are divided into two symmetrically-arranged columns, each column comprises two rail assemblies coaxially arranged, the ends, close to each other, of the two rail assemblies in each column are attached, and the two rail assemblies in each column are attached to each other. The two rail assemblies in each row are detachably connected; each rail assembly comprises a strip-shaped main rail, the upper end of each main rail is provided with a concave slide way in the axis direction of the main rail, the slide ways penetrate through the two ends of the main rail, and auxiliary rails coaxial with the main rail are fixed to the outer side walls of the two sides of the main rail; the first sliding blocks are in sliding clamping connection with the sliding ways in the rail assemblies of the corresponding columns, the auxiliary rails on the two sides of the main rail are in sliding clamping connection with the second sliding blocks, the guidance quality of the sliding assemblies in the moving process is improved, meanwhile, the sliding assemblies are limited and restrained, deviation in the moving process is prevented, and the anti-derailing performance is improved.
