Friction wheels are driven by a driving motor to rotate, so that the friction wheels roll on the inner sides of the two folded semicircular plates, the arc-shaped sliding blocks and the fixing plates are driven to integrally move along the arc-shaped guide rails, and the axes of abutting wheels can swing to the vertical direction along with the arc-shaped sliding blocks while the arc-shaped sliding blocks transversely move relative to the surface of the bridge pier; and meanwhile, the abutting wheel synchronously drives the glue injection head and the cleaning mechanism to swing along with the abutting wheel, so that the glue injection head conducts glue injection repairing on transverse cracks on the surface of the pier, the position of the glue injection head does not need to be continuously adjusted, and the repairing efficiency of the cracks on the surface of the pier can be effectively improved.
