The invention provides a ship lock miter gate water stop system which comprises a door shaft sealing line, a gate shaft column assembly of a gate leaf and a pillow assembly on a lock head form the door shaft sealing line in the closed state of a miter gate. The door bottom sealing line, a door bottom sealing strip at the bottom of the door leaf and a bottom sill embedded part embedded in the bottom surface of the lock head form the door bottom sealing line when the miter gate is in a closed state; the inter-door sealing line is formed between the two door leaves when the miter door is in a closed state; a sealing piece is arranged between the upper surface of the bottom pivot device and one end, close to the door shaft column assembly, of the lower surface of the door leaf to form the bottom pivot sealing line; the door shaft sealing line, the door bottom sealing line and the inter-door sealing line are sequentially connected, and the two ends of the bottom pivot sealing line are connected with the door shaft sealing line and the door bottom sealing line respectively. The problem of water leakage or water jetting caused by an installation gap between the bottom pivot device and the gate leaf can be solved, and zero water leakage after the miter gate is closed is achieved.
