The invention relates to the technical field of retaining walls, and discloses an inner side back pressure reinforced retaining wall top overhanging structure which comprises a retaining wall, a cantilever plate and a back pressure plate, the inner end of the cantilever plate is in butt joint with the top of the retaining wall to form a fixed part, and the outer end of the cantilever plate extends outwards away from the retaining wall to form a cantilever part; the end part of the fixing part extends downwards to form an inner side plate, and the inner side plate is fixed on the inner side of the retaining wall; the top of the inner side plate is in butt joint with the end of the fixing part, and the reverse pressing plate is in butt joint with the bottom of the inner side plate and extends inwards away from the retaining wall. The overhanging part, the fixing part, the inner side plate and the reverse pressing plate are integrally formed, a reverse pressing area is defined between the reverse pressing plate and the inner side plate, and the reverse pressing area is backfilled with multiple layers of compacted backfill soil layers; a bent steel bar is arranged in the fixing part, the outer end of the bent steel bar extends into the cantilever part to form a transverse section, the inner end of the bent steel bar is bent downwards to form a longitudinal section extending into the retaining wall, and the fixing part and the retaining wall are connected and fixed into a whole through the bent steel bar.
