The invention provides a connecting joint of a prefabricated pile and a prefabricated stand column and a construction method of the connecting joint. The connecting joint of the prefabricated pile and the prefabricated stand column comprises a pile body, a column body and a connecting unit. A top end plate of the pile body is connected with the bottom of the column body in a welded mode, the pile body and the column body are connected in an anchoring mode through a connecting unit, and the connecting unit comprises a steel reinforcement cage and/or anchoring steel bars and filler. Wherein the interior of the column body and the interior of the pile body can be used for containing filler, the filler at least fills the position where a connecting unit in the pile body and the interior of the column body is located, and the column body can be a steel pipe column or a prefabricated hollow concrete steel pipe column. According to the configuration, by arranging the steel reinforcement cage and/or the anchoring steel bars, the structure of an existing connecting joint can be optimized, for example, arrangement of mechanical connectors is reduced, the working procedures are simplified, the production cost is reduced, operation is simpler and faster, and meanwhile reliable connection of the prefabricated pile and the prefabricated stand column is guaranteed.
本发明提供一种预制桩与预制立柱的连接节点及其施工方法,预制桩与预制立柱的连接节点包括:桩本体、柱本体以及连接单元;桩本体的顶部端板与柱本体的底部焊接连接,桩本体与柱本体通过连接单元锚固连接,其中,连接单元包括钢筋笼和/或锚固钢筋、填充物;其中,柱本体的内部和桩本体的内部均可用于容置填充物,填充物至少填充桩本体的内部与柱本体的内部连接单元所处部位,柱本体可以是钢管柱、预制空心混凝土钢管柱。如此配置,通过设置钢筋笼和/或锚固钢筋既能优化了现有连接节点的构造,如减少机械接头的设置,简化了工序,降低了生产成本,使得操作更加简单快捷,同时还保证了预制桩和预制立柱的可靠连接。
