Fabricated buckle suspended ceiling system and mounting method thereof
The assembly type buckle suspended ceiling system comprises a keel assembly hung on an original top in an overhead mode, a plurality of suspended ceiling plates are hung at the bottom of the keel assembly, each suspended ceiling plate comprises a facing layer, a core material and a bottom layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and each facing layer comprises a decoration section and a clamping section; the keel assembly comprises a keel and a buckling piece arranged at the bottom of the keel in a clamping mode, and an inserting groove used for inserting the core material and the bottom layer is formed in the side edge of the buckling piece; the decoration section wraps the surface of the core material, the clamping section wraps the buckling pieces, and the clamping section is arranged between the two oppositely-arranged buckling pieces in a clamping mode; compared with the prior art, the distance between the two opposite buckling pieces can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the facing layer, the clamping tightness between the two buckling pieces and the keel is changed, then the connection stability between the installation structure and the keel is guaranteed, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the cracking phenomenon does not occur in the later period, and the service life of the installation structure is prolonged. In addition, the ceiling plate is convenient to disassemble and maintain.
装配式卡扣吊顶系统及其安装方法,包括架空式挂接于原顶上的龙骨组件,龙骨组件底部吊装有若干吊顶板,所述吊顶板包括自下而上依次设置的饰面层、芯材和底层,饰面层包括装饰段和卡接段;所述龙骨组件包括龙骨和卡接式设置于龙骨底部的卡扣件,卡扣件侧边形成有用于插接芯材与底层的插接槽;所述装饰段包覆于芯材表面,卡接段包覆于卡扣件上,且卡接段卡接式设置于两个相对设置的卡扣件之间;与现有技术相比,通过改变饰面层的厚度可以实现对两个相对的卡扣件之间的距离进行调节,改变了两个卡扣件与龙骨之间卡接的松紧度,进而保证了安装结构与龙骨之间的连接稳定性,同时确保后期不会出现开裂现象,另外也方便对吊顶板的拆卸维修。
