The invention relates to an interior decoration energy-saving thermal insulation interior wall which comprises an outer layer partition plate, an aerogel layer, a honeycomb layer, a phase change material layer and a self-cleaning coating which are sequentially connected, the honeycomb layer is composed of a plurality of hexagonal structures, and each hexagonal structure is sequentially filled with a phase change microcapsule, a thermal reaction layer and a hydrophilic porous layer; the outer surface of the hydrophilic porous layer is coated with a moisture absorption coating layer, and the outer-layer partition plate is made of a high-strength light material and plays a supporting and protecting role; the aerogel layer is made of a nano-porous aerogel material, the heat conductivity coefficient is low, and heat preservation performance is provided; the phase-change microcapsule takes paraffin as a core and can store latent heat to realize dynamic temperature regulation within temperature difference; the thermal reaction layer is formed by compounding anhydrous calcium chloride and a super absorbent polymer, releases heat in the moisture absorption process and provides auxiliary heating; the hydrophilic porous layer is made of diatomite, zeolite and other materials and can adsorb/release water within a certain humidity range, and the indoor humidity is adjusted to be in a comfortable range.
