The invention provides a wall-building-free fabricated decoration method based on a hollow batten with a decorative surface, which comprises the following steps: selecting a preset position on a beam column, and mounting a first limiting block on the preset position; hollow battens are oppositely installed on the two sides of the first limiting block, and the first limiting block and the hollow battens are fixedly connected; a cavity is formed between the hollow battens on the two sides, a second limiting block is arranged in the cavity in the direction away from the first limiting block, and at least part of the second limiting block is exposed out of the cavity; hollow battens are oppositely installed on the two sides of the second limiting block exposed out of the cavity, and the second limiting block and the hollow battens are fixedly connected; a plurality of opposite-pulling anchor bolts are arranged between the hollow battens on the two sides. The hollow batten installation technology is adopted to replace the common construction technology of firstly building the wall and then installing the keel veneer in the industry, the wall building procedure is omitted in the construction process, the wall facing procedure is completed at a time, and the installed wall meets the national functional requirements for pipeline separation, inner wall fire prevention, sound insulation, noise reduction and the like.
