Basement outer wall single-side formwork supporting system and method
The invention discloses a basement outer wall single-side formwork erecting system and method. The system comprises back supporting frames, embedded parts, transverse keels and vertical keels, wherein the back supporting frames and the embedded parts are distributed in the longitudinal direction of a formwork, and the transverse keels and the vertical keels are laid on the formwork. The back supporting frame is formed by splicing at least two frame bodies, a counter-force beam, a pull rod and a pull rod nut are arranged on the side, close to the formwork, of the bottom of the lowermost frame body, one end of the pull rod hooks the embedded part, the other end of the pull rod penetrates through the frame body and the counter-force beam to be matched with the pull rod nut, and after the pull rod nut is fastened, the counter-force beam downwards presses the frame body, and the pull rod upwards pulls the embedded part. A base is arranged on the side, away from the formwork, of the bottom of the lowermost frame body and fixed to the ground through studs. Adjusting assemblies are distributed on the side, close to the formwork, of the back supporting frame in the vertical direction along the line, each adjusting assembly comprises a sleeve arranged on the back supporting frame, an ejector rod penetrating through the sleeve and an ejector rod nut arranged on the ejector rod in a matched mode, and one end of the ejector rod is clamped on the vertical keel through a U-shaped groove. The formwork supporting device is small in occupied area, convenient to assemble, disassemble and turn over and capable of providing stable support for formworks and guaranteeing the perpendicularity of the formworks.
