The invention discloses a new energy charging pile with buffering and protection functions, which comprises a main bearing frame body, a primary protection frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of the main bearing frame body and located below a charging mechanism, and a primary buffering mechanism is slidably mounted in the primary protection frame. When the speed reduction baffle is stressed to drive the first guide sliding rail and the second guide sliding rail to approach the third guide sliding rail, the two ends of the spring piece are synchronously stressed to contract, and the spring piece is in a compressed state; meanwhile, strong mutual exclusion force is gradually generated between the first magnetic rod and the second magnetic rod which are close to each other, and a counter-acting force is jointly formed to prevent the speed reduction baffle from being continuously extruded by combining the strong mutual exclusion force and the counter-acting force generated by compressing the spring piece, and the counter-acting force is increased along with the increase of the extruded distance of the speed reduction baffle; and the purpose of assisting in stopping the vehicle is achieved, so that the vehicle is prevented from continuously moving to collide and damage the charging pile body.
本发明公开了一种具有缓冲及防护功能的新能源充电桩,包括主承载框架体,主承载框架体的底部位于充电机构的下方固定连接有初级保护框架,初级保护框架的内部滑动安装有一级缓冲机构,当车辆距离充电桩过近时,使得减速挡板受力带动第一引导滑轨和第二引导滑轨向第三引导滑轨靠近时,弹簧件两端同步受力发生收缩运动,弹簧件处于压缩状态;与此同时,相互靠近的第一磁力杆与第二磁力杆之间逐渐产生强大的互斥力,结合弹簧件被压缩产生的反弹力,共同形成一股反作用力来阻止减速挡板被持续挤压,这个反作用力随着减速挡板被挤压的距离增大而增大,起到对车辆进行辅助阻停的目的,从而避免车辆持续移动而碰撞损坏充电桩本体。
