Low-hydration-heat high-strength grouting material
The invention discloses a grouting material with low hydration heat and high strength. The grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 320 to 450 parts of high belite cement, 40 to 80 parts of superfine slag powder, 35 to 50 parts of fly ash aluminosilicate fine microbeads, 10 to 30 parts of metakaolin, 10 to 20 parts of silica fume, 420 to 650 parts of basalt machine-made sand, 0.1 to 0.3 part of an expanding agent, 2.0 to 5.0 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1 to 0.2 part of a suspending agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a de-foaming agent and 80 to 95 parts of water. The high-strength grouting material prepared in the invention has the advantages of good fluidity, slight expansion, good durability, centralized early hydration, low heat release and no shrinkage cracking.
