The invention relates to a coal gangue glazed tile and a preparation method thereof.The coal gangue glazed tile comprises a tile blank and glaze, and the tile blank comprises, by weight, 55%-60% of coal gangue, 25%-30% of red mud, 10%-15% of kaolinite, 1%-3% of talcum powder and 0.1%-0.3% of a sintering aid; the glaze comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 18-20% of calcined coal gangue, 25-30% of quartz, 20-25% of zirconium quartz, 8-10% of calcite, 13-15% of boric acid and 4-6% of borax. The coal gangue glazed tile prepared by the invention adopts a large amount of coal gangue as a raw material, so that a large amount of coal gangue generated in coal mine production can be effectively utilized, and the pollution of the coal gangue to the environment is reduced; the produced coal gangue glazed tile has excellent breaking strength, glaze crack resistance, pollution resistance and wear resistance; meanwhile, the red mud and the talcum powder are used as sulfur-fixing agents, combustible sulfur in the coal gangue can be cured, emission of sulfur-containing waste gas is effectively reduced, the production cost is reduced, and pollution is reduced.
本发明涉及一种煤矸石釉面砖及其制备方法，所述煤矸石釉面砖包括砖坯和釉料，所述的砖坯按照重量百分比计，包括煤矸石55‑60％、赤泥25‑30％、高岭石10‑15％、滑石粉1‑3％、烧结助剂0.1‑0.3％；所述的釉料按照重量百分比计，包括18‑20％煅烧煤矸石、25‑30％石英、20‑25％锆石英、8‑10％方解石、13‑15％硼酸、4‑6％硼砂。本发明所制备的煤矸石釉面砖采用大量的煤矸石为原料，可以有效地利用煤矿生产产生的大量煤矸石，减少了煤矸石对环境的污染；生产的煤矸石釉面砖具有优良的破坏强度、抗釉裂性、耐污染性和耐磨性；同时采用赤泥和滑石粉作为固硫剂，可以将煤矸石中的可燃硫固化，有效的降低含硫废气的排放，降低生产成本，降低污染。
