Carbon whisker reinforced porous glass carbon material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of carbon materials, in particular to a carbon whisker reinforced porous glass carbon material and a preparation method thereof.The carbon whisker reinforced porous glass carbon material is prepared by taking thermosetting phenolic resin as a precursor, adding aluminum oxide powder and performing heat treatment under the high-temperature condition in one step. According to the formed carbon whisker reinforced porous glassy carbon material, graphite flake layers of a glassy carbon part are wound and staggered, and graphite flake layers of a carbon whisker part are arranged in order and respectively correspond to an amorphous structure and a crystalline structure; two different forms of carbon materials are simultaneously generated through a one-step method, and the materials are pure carbon crystalline whisker-amorphous glassy carbon composite materials. The raw materials are simple and easy to obtain, the process cost is low, and the final product carbon whisker reinforced porous glass carbon material is superior to a compact carbon material in the aspect of heat insulation performance and superior to a porous carbon material in the aspect of mechanical properties, and is a porous material with excellent mechanical properties.
