The invention provides an anti-collision guardrail and a construction method thereof, and the anti-collision guardrail comprises guardrail steel bars which are fixedly connected to a main beam; the guardrail shell is fixedly connected to the guardrail steel bars; wherein the shell is of an ultra-high performance concrete material plate shell structure prefabricated in a factory, and a grouting opening used for being filled with concrete is formed in the upper portion of the shell. Therefore, the technical problems that in the prior art, an anti-collision guardrail is of a common reinforced concrete structure or a steel structure, so that the construction period is long, the anti-corrosion aging is poor, the cost is high, and multiple times of management and maintenance are needed in the operation period are solved, the rapid construction requirement is met, and the structure durability requirement under the high saline-alkali environment is met.
本发明提供了一种防撞护栏及其施工方法,包括:护栏钢筋,固定连接于主梁;护栏外壳,固定连接于护栏钢筋;其中,外壳是工厂预制的超高性能混凝土材料板壳结构,外壳上方设有用于填充混凝土的灌浆口。从而解决了现有技术中防撞护栏采用普通钢筋混凝土结构或钢结构所致的施工周期长、防腐时效差、成本高、运营期间需要多次管养的技术难题,既满足快速施工需求,又满足高盐碱环境下结构耐久性要求。
