The invention particularly discloses an anchor rod reinforcing structure for a power transmission line engineering tower slope and an anchoring method of the anchor rod reinforcing structure. The cutting part is arranged at the front end of the anchor rod; the cutting part is used for rotating along with the anchor rod during working so as to cut and broach a drill hole in a side slope, so that the drill hole forms a stepped hole; wherein the cutting part comprises a plurality of elastic long-strip blades and a driving mechanism which are sequentially arranged in the circumferential direction of the anchor rod, one ends of the elastic long-strip blades are connected with a first tool apron installed at the front end of the anchor rod, the other ends of the elastic long-strip blades are connected with a second tool apron assembled at the rear end of the anchor rod in a sliding mode, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the second tool apron to move in the axial direction of the anchor rod. The outward bending amplitude of the middle part of the elastic strip-shaped blade is adjusted; a spiral blade is arranged on the outer side of the sleeve; the sleeve is detachably and coaxially connected to the rear end of the anchor rod and rotates along with the anchor rod. The method effectively solves the problem of landslide caused by insufficient slope reinforcing support due to poor slope rock-soil body or insufficient drawing stress of the anchor rod to the anchoring wall.
