The invention relates to the technical field of building curtain walls, and provides an intelligent double-layer photovoltaic curtain wall which comprises an inner-layer glass curtain wall body, an outer-layer photovoltaic curtain wall body capable of being opened and closed, a sliding rail mechanism and a motor system, the sliding rail mechanism comprises a sliding rail, a power device, a connecting piece and an electric wire, and the outer-layer photovoltaic curtain wall body capable of being opened and closed comprises a composite photovoltaic plate and a honeycomb aluminum plate. The composite photovoltaic panel can be completely unfolded and closed through the sliding rails at the upper end and the lower end, the composite photovoltaic panel comprises a 3.2 mm thick photovoltaic panel, a heat dissipation device and a vacuum insulation panel, and the heat dissipation device comprises a fan, a flow guide plate, a travel switch and an electric wire. According to the photovoltaic curtain wall, a traditional glass curtain wall is improved, the outer layer of the photovoltaic curtain wall can be opened and closed, sun shading in summer is achieved, heat consumption is reduced in winter, meanwhile, the photovoltaic power generation function is achieved on the premise that indoor lighting is not affected, building energy consumption is effectively saved, and the use comfort level is improved.
