A floating ball is arranged in the drainage pipeline and is in transmission connection with the movable partition plate. The initial position of the movable partition plate of the device is low, a siphoning effect can be conveniently formed when a small amount of accumulated water exists, the movable partition plate can increase the effective water inlet area while keeping the siphoning effect along with lifting of the water level, and after the water amount is gradually reduced, the movable partition plate can also descend along with the water level under the condition of keeping the siphoning state; and the siphoning effect is prolonged until the rainwater is completely drained.
