A second hydraulic machine drives a rack to be meshed with a gear, so that a driving shaft drives a platform to rotate, rotary motion of the device is achieved, through interaction of a first triangular plate and a second triangular plate, a protective plate is switched upwards or downwards, and therefore the working environment of workers is improved, and the safety of the device is improved.
