In the structure, a plurality of grooves are formed in a lower side formwork and an upper side formwork, gaps are formed in the side faces of the lower side formwork and the upper side formwork, and the gaps in the splicing position of the lower side formwork and the upper side formwork are in a straight line; a plurality of bolts are arranged on the two sides of the joint of the lower side mold and the upper side mold; after the lower side die and the upper side die are butted and aligned, a metal pressing plate penetrates through a bolt to fix the lower side die and the upper side die; the bottom die is inserted into a gap reserved in the lower side die and the upper side die, and a plug pin is inserted into an insertion hole reserved in the bottom die; and the stair step side mold is vertically inserted into the grooves reserved in the lower side mold and the upper side mold. According to the invention, the angles and the directions of the templates for two times of construction are the same, so that the flatness of the bottom of the stair is effectively controlled, high-efficiency turnover can be realized, and the cost is saved.
