The invention provides a green 3D printing concrete constructability enhancing method and application, and relates to the technical field of 3D printing concrete. Uniformly stirring and mixing the solid component and the liquid component to obtain a composite cementing material; and putting the composite gel material into a storage tank of a 3D printer, printing according to a set program, leveling the printed concrete by using a leveling scraper in the printing process, performing interlayer interface enhancement, and putting an obtained 3D printing concrete material blank into a water tank for curing. The constructability of the red mud 3D printing concrete can be improved through the optimal mixing ratio of the ingredients and an interlayer interface enhancing method.
本发明提供一种绿色3D打印混凝土建造性增强方法及应用,涉及3D打印混凝土技术领域。将固体组分与液态组分搅拌混匀,得到复合胶凝材料;再将复合凝胶材料放入3D打印机的储料罐中,按照既定程序打印,并在打印过程中对所打印混凝土利用找平刮刀找平,并进行层间界面增强,将得到3D打印混凝土材料坯体置于水箱中养护。本发明通过配料的最佳配合比加上层间界面增强方法可以提高赤泥3D打印混凝土的建造性。
