The invention discloses a preparation method and application of solid-waste-based 3D printing concrete. The method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing steel slag fine aggregate with an aqueous solution of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent to form a wet material, and carrying out heating and steam curing treatment on the wet material; then uniformly mixing with a sodium stearate solution, then carrying out heating steam-curing treatment, and then drying to obtain the pretreated steel slag fine aggregate. (2) adding calcium salt into the red mud slurry, stirring until the calcium salt is completely dissolved, then adding sodium silicate, and carrying out heat preservation under the conditions of heating and ultrasonic treatment; and drying the obtained solid, grinding into powder, and calcining the powder to obtain the active red mud powder. And (3) uniformly mixing Portland cement, the pretreated steel slag fine aggregate, active red mud powder, reinforced fibers and cellulose ether serving as raw materials, adding water, and uniformly mixing, so as to obtain the 3D printing concrete. The problem that the volume stability of the steel slag is poor is effectively solved, and the steel slag can be suitable for preparing the 3D printing concrete.
