The invention discloses a method for preparing anti-seepage and filling engineering soil from coal-based solid waste. The method comprises the following steps: grading and classifying the coal-based solid waste for later use, grading and evaluating the characteristics of the engineering soil, preparing the use standard of the coal-based solid waste to be used, formulating a good grading control method of the engineering soil, preparing the anti-seepage and filling engineering soil and carrying out quality acceptance. The coal-based solid waste is graded and classified to be used for preparing anti-seepage and filling engineering soil, and mining of natural rock and soil resources is reduced; an engineering filling layer and an engineering anti-seepage layer are respectively constructed through filling and anti-seepage engineering soil prepared from the coal-based solid waste, support is provided for coal-based solid waste engineering disposal, and a feasible technical route is provided for absorbing the coal-based solid waste through ecological restoration engineering construction; in the process of preparing the engineering soil from the coal-based solid waste, the optimal construction parameters are synchronously determined while the optimal ratio is determined, secondary engineering experiment measurement is avoided, accumulation of regional empirical values is facilitated, construction organization links are simplified, working efficiency is improved, and a green and environment-friendly development path is facilitated to be promoted.
