The invention provides a lead-free ferroelectric ceramic material with high piezoelectric performance and a preparation method thereof.The lead-free ferroelectric ceramic material is prepared from, by mass, 95.5% of K < 0.5 > Na < 0.5 > Nb < 0.965 > Sb < 0.035 > O < 3 >, 3% of Bi < 0.5 > Na < 0.5 > Zr < 0.8 > Sn < 0.2 > O < 3 > and 1.5% of BaZrO < 3 >. Compared with the prior art, all related chemical reactions are carried out in the air in the ceramic preparation process, and the preparation method has the advantages that the cost is low; the KNNS-BNZS-BZ: 0.002 KMnO4 ceramic shows good ferroelectric and dielectric properties, and the method, as a novel sintering method, provides a good approach for preparation of composite ceramics.
本发明提供了一种高压电性能的无铅铁电陶瓷材料及其制备方法,无铅铁电陶瓷材料由如下质量百分比的组分组成:95.5%K0.5Na0.5Nb0.965Sb0.035O3,3%Bi0.5Na0.5Zr0.8Sn0.2O3,1.5%BaZrO3,与现有技术相比,本发明在陶瓷的制备过程中,所有涉及的化学反应都在空气中进行,且KNNS‑BNZS‑BZ:0.002KMnO4陶瓷表现出具有良好的铁电、介电性能,且该方法作为一种新型的烧结方法,为制备复合陶瓷提供了良好的途径。
