The method comprises the following steps: mechanically blending ferroelectric material powder and a solid electrolyte material, and sieving the powder to prepare a blank sheet; and carrying out high-temperature sintering treatment on the blank sheet to obtain the composite solid electrolyte ceramic chip. On the basis that the components of the solid electrolyte are not changed, the composite solid electrolyte ceramic chip is prepared by introducing the ferroelectric phase material, so that the ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte is effectively improved; the solid electrolyte ceramic chip with high ionic conductivity can be prepared by combining a traditional solid phase method, the technological process is simple, large or expensive instruments and equipment are not needed, the method is adaptive to a plurality of solid electrolyte systems, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
本发明提供一种复合固态电解质陶瓷片及其制备方法,属于固态电解质制备筛选技术领域。所述方法包括:将铁电材料粉体和固态电解质材料进行机械共混,粉体过筛后制备得到素胚片材;将所述素胚片材进行高温烧结处理,即得到复合固态电解质陶瓷片。本发明在固态电解质组分不变的基础上,通过铁电相材料的引入制备复合固态电解质陶瓷片,有效提升了固态电解质的离子电导率;本发明结合传统固相法即可制备高离子电导率的固态电解质陶瓷片,工艺流程简单,无需大型或昂贵仪器与设备,适配诸多固态电解质体系,大大降低了生产成本。
