The invention relates to an anti-buckling structure of a large-span corrugated steel web box girder, and relates to the technical field of bridge engineering. The box girder comprises a box girder top plate and a box girder bottom plate, the box girder bottom plate is connected with the box girder top plate through two opposite corrugated plates, each corrugated plate comprises an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, a plurality of transverse partitions are horizontally arranged between the two corrugated plates, and the ends of the transverse partitions are connected with the upper connecting plates and the lower connecting plates through mounting assemblies. The transverse partitions are sequentially arranged in the width direction of the box girder top plate, every two adjacent transverse partitions are fixedly connected through a connecting assembly, a supporting assembly is arranged on the box girder bottom plate, and the supporting assemblies are connected with the transverse partitions and used for supporting the transverse partitions. The transverse partition has the advantages of being good in stability and not prone to being bent and broken.
