The invention discloses a high-bearing-capacity overwater floating structure which comprises a connecting structure and floating structures oppositely arranged on the two sides of the connecting structure, and the connecting structure comprises a plurality of belleville spring inhaul cable structures and limiting rubber. After a plurality of belleville spring inhaul cable structures penetrate through the limiting rubber, the two ends of the belleville spring inhaul cable structures enter the passages in the floating structures through the penetrating holes correspondingly, and then the ends of the belleville spring inhaul cable structures extend to the sealing plates in the positioning grooves in the floating structures. Belleville springs are adopted as buffering structures, huge bearing capacity and buffering capacity are achieved, the problems that a traditional connecting structure is poor in bearing capacity, and the connecting structure is damaged and fractured due to huge loads generated instantly in high sea conditions or severe extreme weather are well solved, the structure is exquisite, installation is convenient, and cost is low. The device can be massively used in different water areas.
