Underwater cast-in-place pile dismantling process
The invention relates to an underwater cast-in-place pile dismantling technology, and belongs to the technical field of cast-in-place pile dismantling, and the underwater cast-in-place pile dismantling technology comprises the following steps: installing a guide tool on the whole cast-in-place pile, enabling a first rope saw to bypass the guide tool, and installing the first rope saw on a first sliding rail; the first sliding rails are located on the two sides of the top beam in the arrangement direction of the underwater cast-in-place piles. Rope penetrating holes allowing a second rope saw to penetrate through are drilled in the multiple underwater cast-in-place piles correspondingly, and the second rope saw sequentially penetrates through the multiple rope penetrating holes formed in the different underwater cast-in-place piles; the second rope saw is installed on the second sliding rail which is located on the crane ship. The whole cast-in-place piles are pre-hoisted through a crane on a crane ship, so that the crane can hoist the multiple underwater cast-in-place piles to be dismantled at the same time; a first wire saw is used for cutting the multiple underwater cast-in-place piles to be dismantled in the first direction at the same time for one time; a second wire saw is used for conducting secondary cutting on the multiple underwater cast-in-place piles to be dismantled at the same time in the second direction; when the first rope saw and/or the second rope saw cut the underwater cast-in-place pile, the crane provides supporting force for the underwater cast-in-place pile to be dismantled, and the underwater cast-in-place pile is prevented from toppling over.
