The invention discloses a lattice column anti-twist positioning device used in a tower crane pile and a construction method thereof, the lattice column anti-twist positioning device comprises a bearing frame, the bearing frame comprises a long-limb pipe and a short-limb pipe which are connected together in a cross mode, the long-limb pipe is arranged in a gap between an upper batten plate and a lower batten plate on the two opposite sides of a lattice column in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of the short-limb pipe are detachably connected with extension pipes respectively; the extension pipe penetrates through a gap between the upper batten plate and the lower batten plate on the two opposite sides of the latticed column; the long limb pipes and the extension pipes are respectively provided with the clamps, and the clamps are clamped on the batten plates; the two ends of the long limb pipe and the end, away from the short limb pipe, of the extension pipe are provided with the guide rollers correspondingly, and the guide rollers are supported on the hole wall of a pile hole of the tower crane pile. The problem that in the existing tower crane pile pouring process, when a latticed column is put into a pile hole, torsion or deviation is likely to be generated is solved.
