Supporting structure and construction method for deep foundation pit under silt geology and adjacent building
The invention provides a deep foundation pit supporting structure close to the lower portion of a building in silt texture and a construction method, and the deep foundation pit supporting structure comprises supporting piles which are arranged on the periphery of a foundation pit and used for foundation pit enclosure; a top beam is arranged on the pile top of each supporting pile in a surrounding mode and used for connecting all the supporting piles into a whole. A first embedded part is arranged on the top beam; the stand column piles are vertically arranged in the foundation pit, and the steel latticed columns are arranged in the stand column piles; the temporary support comprises a first support and a second support located below the first support; and the end part of the first support is connected with the support pile through a first enclosing purlin. According to the method, the problems that defects exist in existing deep foundation pit supporting design and supporting and replacing are tedious are solved, guarantee is provided for the conditions that the floor height is large and supporting and replacing fulcrums do not exist effectively, on the premise that the safety of the foundation pit is guaranteed, the foundation pit supporting design is optimized, the number of supporting beams is reduced, supporting and replacing operation is efficiently completed, the construction efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
本发明提供的一种粉土地质且紧邻建筑下的深基坑支护结构及施工方法,包括支护桩,设于基坑外围用于基坑围护;各个所述支护桩的桩顶围设有冠梁用于将所有支护桩连成整体;所述冠梁上设置有第一预埋件;立柱桩以及钢格构柱,所述立柱桩竖直设于基坑内,所述钢格构柱设于立柱桩内;临时支撑,包括第一支撑以及位于第一支撑下方的第二支撑;所述第一支撑的端部通过第一围檩与支护桩连接。本发明方法解决了现深基坑支护设计存在缺陷且拆换撑繁琐的难题,并为楼层高度大且无有效拆换撑支点的情况提供保障,在保证基坑安全的前提下,优化基坑支护设计,减少支撑梁的设置,高效完成拆换撑作业,提高施工效率,降低成本。
