The servo inner support structure comprises a #-shaped inner support, the inner ring beam is connected to the periphery of the #-shaped inner support in a surrounding manner; the plurality of latticed columns are pre-buried in the foundation pit and are used for supporting the inner ring beam; the outer ring beam is connected to the inner circumference of the diaphragm wall, and the outer ring beam and the inner ring beam are arranged at the same height; the jacks are used for actively exciting reaction axial force of the #-shaped inner support, the jacks are connected between the outer ring beam and the inner ring beam at intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer ring beam or the inner ring beam, and the supporting stability is improved by arranging the servo inner support structure.
