To solve the problem; the device specifically comprises a foundation and two container houses connected through second connecting assemblies, the container houses are connected with the foundation through first connecting assemblies, each first connecting assembly comprises cushion steel and a connecting base, the outer wall of each connecting base is slidably connected with a fixing plate, and a plurality of gaskets are arranged between the cushion steel and the connecting bases; a clamping groove is formed in the outer wall of the top end of the gasket, threaded holes are formed in the outer walls of the two sides of the gasket, and fixing bolts matched with the threaded holes are arranged at the top end of the outer wall of the fixing plate. According to the container house, the gaskets, the clamping grooves, the fixing plates, the fixing bolts and the threaded holes are arranged, the gaskets are limited and fixed through staggered arrangement of the clamping grooves and the openings of the fixing plates, and therefore during leveling, the number of the gaskets can be changed only by disassembling the two fixing bolts, and the container house can be conveniently leveled when the conditions of foundation sinking and the like occur.
