The connecting assembly comprises a water collecting pipe, a water inlet pipe and a water return pipe, the water inlet pipe and the water return pipe are arranged at the two ends of the water collecting pipe respectively, first communicating holes communicated with the water guide pipe are formed in the two sides of the water collecting pipe in a staggered mode, and second communicating holes communicated with the water collecting pipe are formed in the two sides of the water inlet pipe. Third communicating holes communicated with the water collecting pipe are formed in the two sides of the water return pipe; and porous structures are arranged in the water guide pipe and the water inlet pipe. By adopting the scheme, the problems of energy conservation, heat preservation and heat insulation of buildings can be solved.
