Fireproof biomass molded floor and production process thereof
The invention discloses a fireproof biomass mould pressing floor and a production process thereof. The fireproof biomass mould pressing floor comprises a mute foam layer, a base layer, a middle material layer, a printing film layer, a wear-resistant layer and a UV lamination layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. When the floor is burnt, double hydroxides on the heated flame-retardant reinforcer of the base layer are heated and decomposed to generate water vapor for diluting oxygen and combustible gas, and meanwhile, the double hydroxides and the zinc organic framework can generate oxides of zinc, magnesium and aluminum, and the oxides are matched with phosphate generated by burning organic phosphorus in the organic framework to form a compact carbon layer; the organic silicon structure can generate stable S < i >-O and S < i >-C structures and is compounded with boron to further reinforce the isolation effect of the carbon layer, ammonia gas and nitrogen dioxide gas are generated to further dilute oxygen and combustible gas, and the UV lamination layer can form a compact carbonization layer on the surface of the floor during combustion, so that the surface of the floor is protected; and the flame retardant reinforcer in the base layer is matched for use, and flame retardance is performed inside and outside the template, so that the flame retardant efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种防火生物质模压地板及其生产工艺,包括由下到上依次设置的静音泡棉层、基层、中料层、印刷膜层、耐磨层和UV淋膜层;在地板燃烧时基层受热阻燃强化剂上的双氢氧化物受热分解产生水蒸气稀释氧气和可燃气体,同时与锌有机框架能够产生锌、镁和铝的氧化物,与有机框架中的有机磷燃烧产生的磷酸盐配合形成致密的碳层,且有机硅结构能够产生稳定的S i‑O和S i‑C结构,与硼复配进一步强化碳层的隔绝效果,产生氨气和二氧化氮气体进一步稀释氧气和可燃气体,UV淋膜层在燃烧时能在地板表面形成致密的碳化层,与基层中的阻燃强化剂配合使用同时在模板的内部和外部进行阻燃,大幅提升了阻燃效率。
