The invention discloses a concrete moisturizing and curing device which comprises a vehicle body and galling equipment arranged on the vehicle body, the galling equipment is used for galling on the surface of concrete, the moisturizing and curing device further comprises a film covering device, a spraying device and a geotechnical cloth covering device which are all located behind the vehicle body, the film covering device comprises a film reel arranged in a rotating mode, and when the vehicle body advances, the film reel is driven by the spraying device to rotate. The thin film on the thin film reel is unreeled and laid on the surface of concrete; the geotextile covering device comprises an unwinding shaft located above the thin film reel, the spraying device is located between the unwinding shaft and the thin film reel, when the vehicle body moves forwards, the spraying device sprays a thin film laid on the surface of concrete, and the geotextile covering device covers the surface of the thin film with geotextile. The method has the advantages that surface galling and moisturizing maintenance of the concrete can be completed at a time, the steps are simple, the maintenance process is shortened, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
