Construction method of road structure of existing building roof
The invention discloses a construction method of a road structure of a building roof. The construction method comprises the following steps: positioning a plurality of structural beams of an existing building; breaking the roof above each structural beam until the existing structural layer is exposed to form a plurality of mounting spaces; profile steel girders are installed in the installation spaces, and the extension directions of the profile steel girders are consistent with the extension directions of the structural beams below the profile steel girders; mounting a plurality of section steel secondary beams arranged at intervals on the plurality of section steel primary beams; the installation spaces are filled with concrete till the top face of the concrete is flush with the unbroken roof, and the lower half portions of the profile steel girders are buried in the concrete; performing waterproof treatment on the joint of the profile steel girder and the concrete to form a waterproof layer; and steel plates are laid on any two adjacent profile steel secondary beams in sequence to form a road structure. Load of a road structure is directly transmitted to the structural beams, safety of an existing building and stability of the road structure are guaranteed, the structure of an original building roof is basically not damaged, and functions of the existing building are not affected.
本发明公开了一种建筑屋面的道路结构的施工方法,包括步骤:定位既有建筑的多个结构梁;破除各结构梁上方的屋面,直至既有结构层裸露,以形成多个安装空间;在各安装空间内安装型钢主梁,使型钢主梁与其下方的结构梁的延伸方向一致;在多根型钢主梁上安装多根间隔设置的型钢次梁;使用混凝土填充各安装空间,直至混凝土的顶面与未破除的屋面平齐,以将各型钢主梁的下半部分埋设于混凝土内;在型钢主梁与混凝土的交接处进行防水处理,形成防水层;依次在任意相邻两根型钢次梁上铺设钢板,形成道路结构。道路结构的荷载直接传递至结构梁上,保证了既有建筑的安全和道路结构的稳定,基本不破坏原有建筑屋面的结构,不影响既有建筑的功能。
