Existing brick masonry wall reinforcing method
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing an existing brick masonry wall. The method comprises the following steps: cutting and removing wall sections on the existing brick masonry wall to form an inlaying space; the section of the existing brick masonry wall with the wall sections removed is cut inwards to form a plurality of extending grooves, and the extending grooves are formed in the vertical direction at intervals; one ends of a plurality of connecting ribs are implanted into the section of the existing brick masonry wall, so that the other ends of the connecting ribs extend into the inlaying space; a newly-built brick masonry wall section is built in the inlaying space, the other ends of the connecting ribs are anchored in the newly-built brick masonry wall section, a plurality of grooves are formed in the two opposite ends of the newly-built brick masonry wall section respectively, the positions of the grooves correspond to the positions of the extending grooves in a one-to-one mode, and the positions of the extending grooves correspond to the positions of the connecting ribs in a one-to-one mode; pouring spaces are formed between the two ends of the newly-built brick masonry wall section and the section of the existing brick masonry wall; and concrete is poured into the pouring space to be solidified to form the constructional column. The problems that the construction period is long and the manufacturing cost is high when a masonry structure wall with poor shock resistance is newly built are solved.
本发明公开了一种既有砖砌体墙加固方法,包括以下步骤:于既有砖砌体墙上切割去除墙段形成嵌补空间;于去除墙段后的既有砖砌体墙的断面向内切割形成多个延伸槽,多个延伸槽沿竖直方向间隔设置;将多根连接筋的一端植入既有砖砌体墙的断面内,使得多根连接筋的另一端伸至嵌补空间内;于嵌补空间内砌筑新建砖砌体墙段,并将多根连接筋的另一端锚固于新建砖砌体墙段内,新建砖砌体墙段的相对的两端分别形成多个凹槽,多个凹槽的位置与多个延伸槽的位置一一对应,新建砖砌体墙段的两端分别与既有砖砌体墙的断面之间形成浇筑空间;于浇筑空间内浇筑混凝土以固结形成构造柱。本发明解决了抗震性差的砌体结构墙进行新建,存在工期长、造价高的问题。
